What should I include when I contact you?
The appliance type, the brand, what it's doing (or not doing), and your city or zip code. A photo of the model sticker texted to us helps us put the right part on the truck before we arrive.
Do you charge anything for an estimate?
No — estimates are free. The only fee is the $89 on-site diagnostic, and it's fully waived when you approve the repair.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday 7 AM–8 PM, and weekends 8 AM–6 PM. Same-day service is usually available for requests received before 1 PM.
